Dungan Architecture P.A. focuses primarily on residential work. About 95% of our work is high end custom residential and most of that has been new single family beach homes in south Walton county. We also do multi-family, commercial and retail work which rounds out the last 5% of our projects. In addition to the new homes we've designed, we've had the opportunity to do several renovations that can be seen on our website. We welcome each new client's parameters and look forward to customizing an architectural design to meet them.
Our work is always design oriented and we are dedicated to producing thoughtful designs that not only meet our client's needs, but are aesthetic creations as well. Time is spent delving into design style, volumetrics, historical precedent, details, interior layout, function and site analysis to yield unique custom designs.
Our work ethic is taken from the book of Colossians chapter 3, verse 23, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, ...". It is with this thrust that we strive to produce creative design solutions for each and every project.
Dungan Architecture P.A. has already completed public and residential work in "Seaside" and "WaterColor" and has designed gulf front houses in "The Retreat" and "Stallworth Preserve", all in Walton County, FL. In 2005, Steve Dungan was honored by being named Best Architect on the Emerald Coast by Emerald Coast Magazine. We give God all the glory for this and are excited about what He has in store for the future of our firm.
