Dungan Architecture P.A. was established in August of 2003 by principal, Steve Dungan. The inspiration to start the firm was birthed from a vision God put on Steve's heart late in the year 2001.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University in March of 1990. At Ohio State, Steve's training focused heavily on modern architecture. He was employed for four years by one of the nation's leading architectural health care firms and is a licensed architect in Ohio as well as Florida.
After moving to the Emerald Coast in 1994, Steve worked under local Florida architects for the next nine years. During his career in architecture he has worked on numerous residential, commercial and institutional projects in locations such as Miami and St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY; New York, NY; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Grand Rapids, MI and of course, the beautiful Emerald Coast.
