2001 Renovation
The Good residence was purchased as a one story house on pilings. In 2001, Dungan Architecture P.A. designed an addition, closing in the open area below the existing house. A year later, the Owner added a pool to their property. Then in 2005, they asked us to design a 2500 square foot addition, adding 3 new bedrooms and 2 new baths. This proposed design is shown above.
