S i n g h    R e s i d e n c e
The Singh Residence is located in Camp Smolian, Seaside, Florida.  The house is just over 3000 square feet under roof and features 5 bedrooms and 5 baths with 2 powder rooms.  The siting of the house provided an interesting design challenge as the buildable envelope is only 24' wide.  The tower which shows on the drawings, was omitted due to budget concerns.

The interiors employ a traditional color palette with graceful French forms welcoming a bit of Provence to Seaside.  It's casual warmth has made the house a favorite among the Seaside guests.  Interiors were done by Kim Fouquet, kim@fouquetdesign.com
