Steve has done two renovation designs for our home. Our home is built on pilings and we wanted to enclose the area beneath our home. So, the first renovation was a 1,000 square foot addition under the original home and new windows and decks incorporated into the second floor. Steve designed stylish columns to enclose the pilings which were in the new family room and bedroom areas. We are so happy with the curved glass block walk-in shower he designed for our master bedroom suite. He also designed the swimming pool area, fencing and gate which set off the exterior of our property.
The second design (which we plan to build in the future) was a 2,500 square foot addition that gave our home an entirely new look. The addition wrapped around part of the front or our existing home. It included garages, decks, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large enclosed third floor observation tower room. One cannot tell that it wasn't the original design of our home. We are so pleased with Steve's creative, stylish and appealing designs.
Most of all, Steve is a man of integrity. What he says he will do, he does.
